Mark,
No need to get snarky about it. I have no desire to join the BMW club or the Girl Scouts.
Everyone has their own experience, I have been uninvited to events and it's a pain. I have a old buddy that is completely a BMW enthusiast and we can't go on any BMW events because I'm on the wrong bike. Not very hospitable to "guests".
Also the "club" is only one of the reasons BMW owners give the impression of being elitists. This is I know because I am one, but it has 4 doors, still can't go on those rides. >
Jeff..I don't think MarkJenn was being.snarky at all. Seems he is telling the truth, at least what I know as truth.
My local BAHNSTURMER mc group.doesn't give a crap.what you ride...as long as you are a.part of the group, integrate into it and ride.
We are a very loose bunch...but I have made very close relationships with these folks.
Many of them are my best friends.
I am sad that your experience has been one of.frustration and outcasts. That's not been my experience locally or nationally
With the BMW groups.I frequent.
Some.my best friends are on
WWW.BMWST.com .. awesome bunch of folks.on there.
Perhaps a little.research will open your experience into a more.pleasurable one.
Best wishes and all.good things.
