With the PNW Cascades weekend ride the 16-17th, this could be turned into a couple of good weekends with a few days in between to explore more backroads in those areas. ::26::

I may be able to get some time off to hit the Horizon's Unlimited gathering in Nakusp. Funny that you were there in 2012. I passed through Nakusp that summer. I was coming from Banff/Jasper/Revelstoke and rode the ferry with a couple on BMW's that were attending. In hindsight, I should've stopped and attended. I didn't really have anywhere to be.
Anyway, I was thinking about seeing if anyone wanted to ride the WABDR during this event. I'm thinking that people could meet Wednesday night in Stevenson. Ride part 1 to Packwood on Thursday and then ride part 2 to Ellensburg/Cle Elum on Friday. Saturday and Sunday would be spent at the gathering. Monday, Tuesday and part of Wednesday would be spent getting to Canada (Maybe as far as Christina Lake Provencial Park for those going to Nakusp?) And then get to Nakusp sometime Thursday afternoon?
I'm not 100% I can swing this just yet, but I wanted to test the waters to see who might be interested in doing part or all of the BDR before and after the Cle Elum gathering.
