I picked up my blue Tenere on August 9th and today the odometer rolled over 10,000 miles.
I have had a lot of bikes in my life, this one is headed toward being one of the best.

Congrats. I think the durability of this motorcycle is going to be legendary. It is just so under stressed.

That's cruel, roy. Hey, speaking of mileage and riding and stuff .... have you had a chance to try out your new PittBull trailer restraint for the Tenere? Like it ???? R

Yes I have used it. We put it to use back in sept. It worked fine. I had George machine a right side pin that was not so snug and it works good. We have been shopping for a larger toy hauler so I will be moving the plate to a new one plus adding another one to work with my bking. I trailered the S10 1000 miles on that sept. Trip.

Manual specifies 24000 miles, so he has a few months to go yet!

Congratulations! I picked my blue S10 up on 08/11, and am about 300 miles behind you.

Of all the bikes I've ever ridden or owned, I like the S10 best.

Now that fall is here and winter is on the way, I'll still be riding but not racking up the miles as fast.
Congrats for being a happy motorcycle owner and for our roundel problems being behind us. ::022::
