Im getting a bit of lower back ache after about 30 mins of riding.
I find that if i slide a bit further back on the seat from my natural riding position it helps.
Its as though my lower back is getting compressed.
I will play around with tilting the handlebars forward or back etc but wondered if anyone has any better ideas?
Perhaps an airhawk or are they just for numb bum which i dont get.
Tried seat in both height positions with no difference.
