OK.... I purchased the helmet by e-mail and a phone call. I first called and talked to Brianna and was instructed to take three photo's of my head ??? First was a head on pose, next a side profile and then a shot straight down looking at the hole in my hair. Then with a measurement around my head and the three pictures sent by e-mail a phone call was received(with in an hour) with the size I should be wearing. Size L
No way, I wear a XL, but I say .... OK these people fit riders everyday, so let's see what happens.
In less than a week the helmet arrives ::012:: The fit is snug, but no binding, pain, etc. I guess this is what a fitted helmet should feel like vs. the one I would pick. Now all we have to do is get out of the winter that will never end so it can be tested vs. wearing it around the house. I could wear it to plow snow
Bottom line very happy with the customer service, very professional.
