Has anyone purchased anything from The Service Pavilion. Thought maybe someone out of PA or MD may have since they are located in New Holland, PA. Thinking of using them when purchasing a new helmet.

Thanks in advance for any feedback provided.

I bought a couple of vents for the top of an Arai with no issues. Spoke with somebody there on the phone and remember the impression that they have quite an inventory but not a lot of staff.

::008:: I bought an Arai Profile from them when they were at the USGP in Laguna Seca a few years back. Family type operation and Super knowledgable about fit. I wound up needing a custom set of pads they made for me at a very reasonable price. They have my fitment info on record in case I decide I want splurge on a new lid and they can make recommendations based on that.

I have bought 4 helmets from them. Robbie was able to fit me better in Arai helmets than anyone ever has. I have an Arai XD-4' , and XD-3 and a Profile.

When I need a helmet now I just call them and they send me one with the correct pads. They also have a trade in service this past year I traded a pretty beat up XD-3 in for an XD-4. It was really worn, they gave me $50.00 for it. I was delighted, two years prior for a helmet that was in better shape they gave me 125 for on trade. If you ride a lot your helmet starts to wear out from inside compassion and UV exposure. I value my head so I trade helmets more often

Re: Looking for Feedback on " The Service Pavilion" UPDATE ON PURCHASE

OK.... I purchased the helmet by e-mail and a phone call. I first called and talked to Brianna and was instructed to take three photo's of my head ??? First was a head on pose, next a side profile and then a shot straight down looking at the hole in my hair. Then with a measurement around my head and the three pictures sent by e-mail a phone call was received(with in an hour) with the size I should be wearing. Size L  No way, I wear a XL, but I say .... OK these people fit riders everyday, so let's see what happens.

In less than a week the helmet arrives ::012:: The fit is snug, but no binding, pain, etc. I guess this is what a fitted helmet should feel like vs. the one I would pick. Now all we have to do is get out of the winter that will never end so it can be tested vs. wearing it around the house. I could wear it to plow snow :D

Bottom line very happy with the customer service, very professional.

I bought an Arai Pinlock shield from them and they were great. Granted a shield is not a huge purchase, but they gave me a good feeling. I'd recommend them.
Wait a damn minute....you Farkle your helmet?!?
