See you there. I should get there around 1100 / 1130 for the day, on the 6th, have to get back to Halifax on the same day.
Does anyone know the name of the subway station and bus # to get to the convention center, arriving Toronto Island via Porter at 1030.

Salty
Salty to bad you aren't going on Saturday I would have picked you up. Do you realize it is about an 1hr drive from the Island Airport to the International Motorcycle Show. The wife is looking up to see if there is a subway close by, will let you know.

Thanks Limey and a thankyou to your wife for directions.
I made it to the International Center a little later than planed and spent almost five hours looking at as much as possiable.
Found trilliumliz at her both and we chatted for a short period as she was busy promoting her book which I intend to read. She is a very interesting lady, would have looked forward to meeting elizilla, but it was not known when or if she would be there.
Unfortunately I was unable to say hello to your Ms and left a message with her colleques.
Here's looking forward to meeting everyone.

I considered running out to the Toronto show but it is five hours drive each way. We had weather good enough to ride, but I wouldn't want to be on the 401 after dark in subzero temps, so if I rode I'd have to spend the night out there and my time at the show would be very short. Ten hours in the car, vs staying closer to home and getting a ride in daylight each day, and still getting a little moto show fix since we had a show here too? Decided to give Toronto a miss. :)

I might catch up with Liz at the Cleveland show, if I don't go skiing that weekend.

Welcome Salty. The wife was there all day Saturday I was there from 10 am until about 2 pm that’s when it started to get to busy. I missed Liz Jansen.

I plan to attend the show in MN. Can anyone confirm how many (or few) aftermarket companies attend this show? Is it pretty much OEM stuff or is the aftermarket well represented?

Thanks, --Rob

Salty - so nice you made the trip up to Toronto! A pleasure to meet you - only wish we could have had more time to chat. Perhaps at another event!

Elizilla - looking forward to seeing you again in Cleveland. It would be great if you could make it. Would have made the same decision about riding 5 hours to the Toronto show.

Looking forward to meeting others this weekend in DC. I'll be interviewing Nancy Sabater both days, AMA's motorcyclist of the year! Shows what we can each do if we put our mind to it! http://www.motorcycleshows.com/media/women-riders-dc-show
