I purchased a 6" rigid SR2 with the Hi/Lo feature and included 3 way switch. The 3 way switch it comes with would have to mount to my dash which is less convenient than the trail tech 3 way which can mount perfectly to my handlebars. Unfortunately the instructions on both don't give me enough information to make this work, and when it comes to electrical stuff I'm challenged, but feel this is something I can tackle with a bit of direction. Does anyone know which wires I need to connect from the light to the switch?
Attached are pictures of the wiring diagrams for the trail tech 3 way and the rigid light bar. Also, since they connectors are different, should I just cut and solder them, or do something else? I haven't soldered before but used to be an industrial pipe welder by trade, so with a few YouTube videos I can probably figure it out, unless there's an easier method.
