Help wiring Rigid 6" to aftermarket 3 way switch

I purchased a 6" rigid SR2 with the Hi/Lo feature and included 3 way switch. The 3 way switch it comes with would have to mount to my dash which is less convenient than the trail tech 3 way which can mount perfectly to my handlebars. Unfortunately the instructions on both don't give me enough information to make this work, and when it comes to electrical stuff I'm challenged, but feel this is something I can tackle with a bit of direction. Does anyone know which wires I need to connect from the light to the switch?

Attached are pictures of the wiring diagrams for the trail tech 3 way and the rigid light bar. Also, since they connectors are different, should I just cut and solder them, or do something else? I haven't soldered before but used to be an industrial pipe welder by trade, so with a few YouTube videos I can probably figure it out, unless there's an easier method.

I went to Rigid's website to find instructions, and they don't have them there. For your connections, I would use crimp connections (readily available everywhere) to make them match each other (most likely would make them match the switch, since those are nice bullet style connectors).

For the TT switch, the Green wire triggers the low beam, the Yellow triggers the high beam, and blue triggers both (if your light supports it). Once we see the wiring diagram form the Rigid, we can help you out more.

I called Rigid and think I got the info I need. It might take a little trial and error. I'm going to switch the 3 way switch connectors to male spade connectors while I figure out what gets wired to what, then once I figure it out I'll practice some wiring and solder them. I'll draw up a little diagram so future searchers can use it as reference if they ever decide to do the same setup.

See if that works better. Annoyingly I tried hooking it to the supplied 3 way exactly as they put in their diagram and only one beam would come on. No way to switch between hi lo. Either the light is defective or their instructions suck. I'll probably have to call them tomorrow and possibly exchange the light.

I would go with their instructions suck...I'd grab a meter, and check how moving the switch affects continuity across the terminals, and possibly use a 12v battery to jump across the various leads to see what lights up on the LED bar.

So I exchanged that rigid for a non-defective one. Kind of annoying and glad that I'm still trying since I'm so electrically-challenged that easily could have put me off.

Got the replacement in today. Tried it to their supplied switch first. Worked flawlessly the first try. Then hooked it up to my aftermarket 3 way to mount on the handlebars, also worked perfectly. Need to get some longer bolts and different nuts for the mounting brackets, trim them down a bit, then I'll be good to go.

Attached pic of the successful wiring for future reference for anyone else.
