Hi guys,
can you help, i have a gen1 with the yamaha PIAA lights fitted under the headlight as a gen 1 they are halogen bulbs, now i am removing these lights 2 put a mictunning 6 inch led light bar in its place.
Now i,ve mentioned in another thread that these 2 lights are off, and the 1 lead going to the one light is tapped up and put away, the other lead is going to be conected
to the led light bar,
now these yamaha lights were connected into the yamaha 3 pin plug that is there in the wiring harness waiting for them, now my question is if the 3 pin plug in the wiring harness is on the bike right hand side for fitting these lights, then WHERE WOULD THE FUSE BE,
i,m asking as taullpaul, said that the fuse would need changing as the halogen bulb would need a different fuse to the lesser led light bar, my concern
is looked in the hand book at the fuse block can,t see a fuse mentioned for auxillary lights, but if that jack plug is built into the wiring harmess it should be yes
any help please
rob
