Thanks. Definitely not a dish that I eat very often. I always joke about my chocolate addiction is due to my menstruating feminine side. My usual chocolate fix is sugar free chocolate pudding and a little peanut butter.

I put the chops between two layers of plastic wrap to spank them with meat hammer.
Added roasted tater and apple side.
There were 4 chops in the skillet when they came out of the oven. The chef removed one to sample it. Seems it disappeared
Can hardly wait to try recipe with deer steak!

Pork enchiladas the other night, with lots of cheese. Mozzarella and cheddar.UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_10f0.jpg

Tried smoking a pork loin on the gas grill. 6 hours with a couple of hours of apple wood chips. Tossed some brussels sprouts on at the end. Just ok.

Tossed the meat in the slow cooker the next day for another 4 hours with a coke and it was tender enough to pull.

Last night, a simple batch of broccoli Beef over steamed white rice. Mmmm.

45 pounds of bacon ready to be pulled off the smokerView attachment 66018
@heberhog - I can't find your Bacon by Mail website.... But I want to!

Just a simple dinner tonight. Sausage balls, fresh assembled salad and some steamed broccoli with butter buds and parm. Tropical Tequila Sauce from Terrapin Ridge Farms & Apple Habanero BBQ sauce from Head Country. A little Honey Mustard salad dressing for the green stuff.

Fair warning.... DO NOT mix the three sauces together... (Think Ghostbusters "don't cross the streams"). I am NOT responsible for your addiction. Holy shit, that was goooooooood.

Mini sweet peppers, stuffed with spicy homemade taco meat mixed with saffron rice, topped with cheddar and parm with some green onions and a side of asparagus. Mmmmm. This is added to the taco meat rotation along with taco cassarole, taco salad and TACOs!
15 minutes in the oven, then pull out for cheese toppings, then back in for 5 more minutes.

Tonight's feast was pork satay with saffron rice and asparagus. Very delightful and satisfying.
