Found Pork Shoulders for 97-cents per pound.
I bought as many as they would let me (limit was two)



I had the 7-1/4 pound in the sous-vide bath for 24 hours at 145 degrees F.
Then into the Grill for two hours at 300 degrees F. with some pecan wood-chips for a little smoke.



It came out superb!
Had a nice thin crispy bark on it, and so tender and juicy inside!



Pulled-Pork Sandwiches for dinner with some seasoned-fries.

I can honestly say that I've never had smoked brisket pastrami. More than willing to try. . . . looks delicious.

Hey Reno, It sounds like you have used the “tur-duck-en” example to create your very own inspired “chick-cr-imp-en”! Way to go! Or maybe, “Chick-Craw-Shrimp”. That sounds pretty cool!. It sort of rolls off the tongue like “Shawshank Redemption”. Sounds yummy! Enjoy!
