Reno my blood sugar went up just looking at it.

Fennel, mine did go up for real, I gained 11 lbs on my 4week trip. And I only weigh 180, but I wasn’t gonna deprive myself from any of the home-baked goods in all these little tiny towns and gas stations in the Yukon in Alaska.
