I know how you feel Snakebitten. I really want to come play, but have been working my butt off and have to work until midnight on Sat. I'm not as young as I used to be and getting up early with only a few hours sleep to pound down the interstate to Vegas for a ride might not be enough to get me up early on Sunday. And I really need to replace that shagged Big Block on the back too. With a tire I don't have in the garage at the moment, or have on order.

And SB, my offer still stands, you're welcome to use the guest suite, even if I don't go on the ride. Coffee can be set up, breakfast might be on your own though.

Unexpected schedule change & I was out ranked. Won't be able to go on Sunday. :'( I am planning on attending the 2014 Yamaha Super Tenere Adventure Riding Series event in Yosemite the first weekend in May. If anyone is interested let me know, maybe we could ride over together.

I just wrapped up the working part of my Vegas trip last night...so now have a couple days free here in town. I'll be meeting the group Saturday and Sunday, and might go ride around other parts of the valley this afternoon and tomorrow...

If you are looking for a nice day ride, I recommend the Valley of Fire http://parks.nv.gov/parks/valley-of-fire-state-park/. Be sure to go out to the White Domes. Park fees apply, Rangers are serious about the speed limit. Bring a lunch or go north to Overton when exiting the park to the east to find some eats. Then take the Lake Mead North Shore road south back to town. Perfect weather today, enjoy!

hey Don! how are you doing? I'll be crossing over on 58 Saturday afternoon ish. you?. Sat. I'm staying over on the boulder highway in Vegas (95). Sunday night I'm looking to stay in Pahrump and make my way back through death valley. Maybe get up early Monday and run through Titus Canyon also if anyone's up for that on the way back to Cal.

I'm going to have to bow out. Worked 'til 1 am last night(this morning), and will probably be the same routine on Sat. I'm whipped today and have a ton of work to do today for my business, and will be working the paycheck job tomorrow to midnight or later again. I won't be in any condition to do a off pavement ride.

Snakebitten, No one believe you? Wait, are your lips moving or fingers typing . . .??? I was so looking forward to offering you some Vegas hospitality . . . Well, maybe next time. You doing the BIG ONE in Tennessee? I will certainly miss you this weekend, I'm coming to see you in June! One way or another, we will meet up and then the party will start!!!!!
