Hey, Jaxon - ever think about mass-producing a filler for that void? The Touratech is fine, but you still have a giant hole there. Something like what Jaime did (void filler with a screen) to his would be awesome if it were in all black... I'd be a player in a hearbeat if it hit a $250-ish price point... Don't know if it would be worth your time to fool with, but I would commit up-front if you do it. (I hate that void and don't need lights there)...

I'm a talentless hack when it comes to stuff like this. So much respect for you guys who can dream and create this stuff... Ugh ::010::

If it could incorporate some kind of wind deflector to prevent air from coming up the steering through the cowling so it would be even calmer behind the windscreen.

my 2004 KTM Adventure had a ABS "plate" that affixed to the front tubes and kept air and water from coming into the cockpit via the front end.

Hi Guys,

I wanted to give an update on my LED light bar. I've been asked by a number of you if I would be willing to make and sell them. I really never planned to reproduce it. In fact I guess i tossed my original pattern I made to make the plate that holds the lights. I say I guess because thats what my wife says happened to it . I actually think she tossed it but oh well.

It I did make them I wanted to make sure they were rock solid. I've been crazy busy at work but I've managed to put around 700 miles of on/off road riding and the kit is solid. No problem at all and it looks like the day I installed it.

So last night I decided it was time to pull it back off and create a new pattern. The new pattern is done so i can now start to make more for those that want one. I'm going to build on this week with a new finish i have in my head that could look very cool. Please PM me if you interested in getting one. The bad news is I leave this coming friday to Europe on business and don't return until the 11th so nothing will get made right away.

Also, if you just want the plate without the light to fill in the area under the lights I will make those as well.

I am interested in one as well. I don't quite have the funds right now since I splurged for new Aerostitch pants, but I will keep an eye on this thread. I am interested in seeing what the new "mass produced" units look like and the various finished. But I have to hand it to ya, that looks awesome and is very functional. I too think that void looks unfinished. I cant wait to get one of these from you!

They are finally ready to paint and assemble ::015::

I just got the finished parts back from the fabricator. I have everything needed to start assembling them this weekend. I will be shipping the first units on Monday to the guys who have been waiting. I want to say thank you for all those that have waited. Hopefully they will meet your expectation.
