Do those have a direction of rotation arrow on the sidewall? That looks backwards.Tyke said:I decided that the OEM Battlewings were due for change after 5000+ miles....as an OEM fitment they weren't too bad ( my riding is 99% road)
So after some research I had some TKC 70s fitted yesterday they cost me £ 276.00 fitted inc tax.
Today was the first ride on them and they are very good, as yet I've only done about 80 dry miles but they are scrubbed in and seem to provide good feel, plenty grip, and as claimed a quick warm up, so far its a Big ::008:: from me
Just got mine and yes, there is a direction of rotation arrow.Don in Lodi said:Do those have a direction of rotation arrow on the sidewall? That looks backwards.

Tyke's rear is mounted correctly.
These have a lot more grooves than the old Anakee 3s, but still are not going to be a match for a big block type of tire when it comes to true wet mud.
I'll be getting as many miles on the K70s as I can Bry...... and I'll keep you posted. ::008::2112 said:Tyke I think you need to scrap this holiday to Greece and concentrate on getting some miles in on those K70's. It's bound to tip down soon so we can get a good UK assessment of this tyre in it's default weather setting - 'mixed'. Just a thought...
