Funny that this thread should re-surface.....

Realized last week that I had not received mine so I called to check on it. They said my certificate was not valid as it had expired. Dude was so nice and he asked I send everything I have to them via fax so they could sort it out. This was Friday so I will call again tomorrow to get an update.

If you haven't received your check yet and it has been more than 8 weeks since you submitted it may be prudent to make a phone call to inquire.

I have no concerns at this point, stuff happens. I so sincerely mean it when I said the guy on the phone was so unbelievably accommodating, nice, understanding, and willing to be helpful. I'm just not used to having that from my experience with my last 8 motorcycles.

Called Yamaha yesterday. Going to fax in my submission information. They said they would check in to it with the contractor that does the rebates. Pretty disappointing considering I submitted my info on August 2nd.

Hi Jerry some of us were given coupons for factory cash back. This was normally at demo sites and not all received the paper coupon with the code number on it to submit on line for the check. Sorry you may have missed out on this offer.

I participated in 3 of them, and never got the coupon. Win some, lose some. No regrets. The bike has been worth every penny.

Called for a status update. My contact was out but one of the other customer service reps pulled it up, read to me exactly what has been done and indicated that I should hear an update after teh holiday weekend. The staff that handles the specifics are on vacation this week so I am in a holding pattern. My rep has made three contact attempts since I spoke with him last week.

I am very happy with what they are doing in terms of how things are being handled. I'll follow up once I hear more.

Still waiting on mine - I submitted it on Aug 3rd. Printed the confirmation.

Did you just call the normal Yamaha Customer Service # to get a update?

Yes, just call to Customer Service and they will update you. Super easy and very nice group of people to deal with so far.
