You "older" guys rock! I fell like a kid. I used to think i might be too old to ride a bike like this. I bought mine at 51 and I'll be 53 next month.

When I was in my mid 20's and rode a dirt bike with a friend, I was amazed that his father bought a new Bultaco dirt bike at age 50. I thought, that was amazing and believed that I would never be able to do that at that age. My own father passed at age 51, so I knew how short life can be.

Now, I am blessed at age 70 to not only be able to ride my adventure bike along side my son with his bike, but to also continue to ride my Bultaco dirt bikes in national competition in AHRMA. After each race or ride, I give thanks, because you never know when it will be the last one.

59 now but bought my S10 two years ago. Quite the age spread from 20's to 70's.

I know an 80 year old who rides a Cagiva Elefant and I hope I'll still be riding at that age.

Been riding since I was 16, was 55 when I bought my S10 and have just turned 57 . Despite my youngest daughters school friends asking if I was her grandpa, when I took her to her new school, my kids tell me that i'm not old and reckon i'm like a fine wine. Suppose that means that i'll either get better with age or i'll go off and turn sour real soon.

Well I might just bring the average age down a bit. I was 22 when I rolled her out of the dealership. I've always been told that I have an old soul; turns out that my taste in bikes is mature as well.

Nothing to do with age. It's the first bike marketed at intelligence. That's why they make it hard to find. ::024::

Bought mine for my 40th last month.

Giant adventure bike for my 40th - it's a textbook mid life crisis. My friends even refer to the bike as "the crisis"

It'll be an Audi TT next :)

I just picked up mine a few weeks ago, and I'm 36. I think cost is definitely a factor in keeping the 20 somethings from joining the club. And, there will always be shinier bikes, and faster bikes, so you have to leave your ego behind when making the decision - and when you do, you end up with a damn fine bike.
