Well it's 10 -15 miles of gravel roads off the paved road to get to White Rock. I've been scoping out the rides to make sure that we stay on "big bike" friendly routes. The rides are between 50/50 to 70/30 paved/dirt. Also make sure you bring your swimming trunks, sun block, and some towels! We will ride out to some great swimming holes to cool off.

I'm hoping to hook up with someone wanting to ride real off road trails while I'm down there. My riding buddy [son] wont be with me and I can't ride that stuff alone. Mill creek off road ATV trails were a blast and we didn't see nearly all of it. I'll be riding roads to get to White Rock , I want to ride trails when I get there. Jeep roads are nice too though.

White Rock is only about 7 or 8 miles via dirt road to Mill Creek ATV area. That place gets really busy in the summer weekends. I don't know when you are planning on coming up, but I would try to do it earlier in the week rather than on Saturday or Sunday. I haven't taken my Tenere on any of those trails. I hear some are nice an wide. The ADVriders warned me off trying the Blue Loop on my Tenere.

That was the blue loop Eric and I rode last January. It was great riding! There is a lot more good stuf too. One time years ago Eric and I rode YZ125's there and we found a trail where the streem just disappeared then popped back up 1/4 mile later, and there was lots of waterfalls along the way. I felt the Blue loop was very easy to ride with the Tenere.

There are no more Cabins available through me. I released Cabin B. ::009::

Also I will be up on White Rock Thursday for sure and staying in Cabin A. ::012::

Below are updated routes to get to White Rock Mountain. There are some roads that have washed out. I'll try to have enough waypoints so your GPS can't recalculate the routes because these will be neither shortest nor fastest routes.

::013:: These will be "Big Bike Friendly" that meaning a stock Super Tenere with stock tires should have little difficulty on these roads. ::013::

Also take your avoidances off your GPS . They are usually preset with Unpaved Road Avoidance. More later on this AM hopefully.

Below are the single routes themselves. If you load them in your GPS and have any problems let me know. ::008::

Would like to share with you some photos posted on Google Earth of the areas we will be traveling to.

This is along the Buffalo River. We won't have this vista, but will be more along the field to the left.

These are from an area south of the Buffalo River more or less heading on our way home.

This is a waterfall along the way, but we have had a dry spring and it may not have running water.

Nice vista on the way home.

Give me a call if you are going to be up on Wednesday. I did some shopping yesterday. Got us some Baby Back Ribs, hamburgers, Nathan's hot dogs, chips, sodas, paper plates etc. I'm going to pre run a few roads today and tomorrow.

Eemsreno is wanting to hit Mill Creek. That place is pretty busy on the weekend. It starts getting busy Friday afternoon. Figured we might just hit that on Friday Morning. The Weather looks great!

http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?CityName=Cass&state=AR&site=TSA&textField1=35.6875&textField2=-93.8192&e=1

i'm going to post up the GPX files that MAY BE REVISED given my last ride of these roads to make sure that are still open. We have had a few storms so I want to recheck them today and tomorrow.

The file size for the Saturday ride was greater than 250K so I had to split it into Two parts.
