Yup, that's them...if you happen to have the TT print catalog (excellent bathroom reading), there's a two page description, with lots of photos. Haven't tried them on a long ride yet....

Thanks Anthony. I am guessing I will have a TT catalog tomorrow after recieving a TT order. Wish I would have ordered the lowered footpegs.

Have you looked at the Fastway pegs yet? I had a set of the Fastway F5s on my 800 GS, and really liked them - nice wide platform, good grip from the nubbies, and very comfortable to stand on for long periods of time. I am looking for pegs that are lower than stock - my knees start to bug me after 5 or 600 miles.

Do you guys know if the TT pegs are in essence a 'Yamaha' dirt bike peg as far as the "fit" is concerned? Im still wondering if just the Yamaha dirt race peg will bolt up... ?

Give me a bit more info Jaxon: What do you mean by "Yamaha" dirt peg?

The peg is wide than standard, so more comfortable when standing for extended periods, especially in mud and water; The rubber pad is easily removed, as opposed to the stock peg. The fitment is precise and (to my eyes) appears well designed and well constructed (very tight tolerances). The bolt screws through a sleeve, which is inserted into one of two cut out slots in the peg holder itself (to lower the peg below stock height, if preferred). Really seems bullet-proof.

I had not really considered anything else...to sail2xxs question.

If I where to order YZF 450 dirt bike race peg, would it fit in our Super Tenere ? :) I worked with pivot pegs a few years ago and there is a lot of info on width, pin size / length, Etc..Etc.. If the YZF 450 peg would fit then once we knew that there is a ton of selection...

Thanks for info you dig up... ;)

I looked at the SW Motech pegs from Twisted Throttle, and am not sure that they are a solution, though I'd be interested in the opinions of anyone with direct experience. From what I can tell, the SW motech pegs can be lowered by about 15mm, but do not move the pegs forward, just straight down. Since the pegs on the S10 seem to be a bit further back than other bikes I've ridden, I'm wondering if the SW Motechs wouldn't just create more pressure on the rider's palms, wrists, etc. by exacerabting the effects of the forward tilt of the seat.

Thanks for posting the list! Hopefully it will make looking for some lower pegs a bit easier.
