Having seen the little tool box available by one of the vendors I decided I wanted to do something with the "wasted" space behind my right pannier. I tried to install one of the aluminum boxes available, but it just wouldn't fit with my Givi quick-release racks. This is what I came up with:







I have a string plug kit as well as a Motopump in there. 2 zip ties keep the honest people out.

How is that for clearing the caliper on big bumps?

How is that for clearing the caliper on big bumps?

I put the bike on the centerstand and measured quite a few points. I see 8+ inches between the case and the caliper.
