one of the blown headlight bulbs had fused togther inside the glass, appears it was creating a short circuit. A new fuse and two new bulbs and i'm good to go. The giveaway was when I put in a good headlight fuse, unplugged both bulbs, and ran the bike. The fuse did NOT go bad.

I'm going to try that tonight - disconnect both bulbs and see if the fuse holds. I'm thinking if the fuse is ok, the bulb(s) are shorting it out (one burned out bulb does look weird, like things are fused together). If I have a short, I think the fuse would blow even with the bulbs unplugged.

On a more serious note, I had both my headlight bulbs blow at once. Day trip for work, so I ran with my Krista's on. Here's the dilemma: 20A headlight fuse is blown too. I replaced the fuse and it immediately blows when I start the bike (still have the two blown bulbs installed). Anyone think...

Thank you Stadium Yamaha!! For sticking to the price at the time of order!! Less than $40 and it arrived today. Now I have to order the cover gasket (it's been off twice already), nut, EBC tool, etc. Looking forward to the change. Thanks to those who posted photo's of the swap.

Only one out of range was at .200. I had two others that were closing in on the .22 end of the range. I was able to shuffle a shim and use other shims to get all at .26 to .27.

Re: Getting back onto the CCT topice Valves? only one exhaust tight and out of spec. Two close to the low end of the spec. CCT? waiting on the part, they just made the call yesterday.
