I had breakfast there today. Some great quesadillas.

Haha that is a challenging one indeed. But since the City is going mental with the road salt the trusty S10 is in hibernation at a lovely 15*C. Good reason for you to go grab it!

No!! No grocery store versions allowed. Easy enough to make. Flour tortillas, seasoned shredded chicken/steak, cheese, and maybe some diced onions or peppers. Pronounced kay-suh-dee-yuh. Yummy.

My wife makes those and ya..sooo good. She also makes Burrito's, one of my favorites.
We have a few Mexican establishments here but there is something about the wife's home made LOL.

McCormicks make a chicken taco seasoning packet. It's the same as regular taco seasoning for ground beef, but for chicken. Most excellent.
