Yahama case inner bags, anyone have them?

I'm considering getting one or two of the inner bags to make it easier to live out of on the road.

Does anyone have them and have used them yet for road trips?
Are they decent quality? Are they easy in/out of the hard bags?
Do they hold a decent amount of stuff?

Thanks!

I have them. Size looks good. Not sure if they're water proof. They came with a strap (not installed on mine yet, I don't think I even pulled the tag off them :) ) Easy enough to pull the liner out and take with you. I can take pictures later tonight and post here unless someone else can do it sooner.

Thanks! I've seen them once in person but didn't get a chance to look inside and see how much they would hold.

Any experience with actual use yet?

Just picked mine up and looked at the side case liner. Actually this is a more substantial liner than I was expecting, almost to the point of me wondering if it will take up too much room in the outer bags. Quality looks very good. I have used the Bestem bags in the past on my Venture and these seem to be heavier overall. I would say water resistant, but not water proof...but a ziploc bag can always supplement for electronics, etc. I don't think I will use them all the time but for sure on trips...cause I can give it to my wife and say, "honey this is how much stuff you can bring", Maybe I will be the first one to hook up a trailer to the Tenere...careful, I didn't say I would trailer the Tenere :).

I wouldn't mind having them but the cases are already kind of small and I figured adding these would eat up more valuable space. They do look nice.

My guy said they were on back order when the bike got here a few weeks ago. I better go check and see if they've arrived. I always use the liners with my FJR bags and find them very convenient. With the S10 hard bags having a rubber seal around the top and these bags inside, I'd say the bag contents would stay completely dry. My FJR bags have always been that way.

Do they exit and enter the cases easily when fully loaded (stuffed, so to speak)?

I bought mine to fit in my 1550 Pelican cases. Almost perfect fit. Very sturdy build quality. GREAT price if you compare to other purpose built bag liners

Ok, I picked mine up and used 'em for a quick trip to the lake. These are very nice with many useful zippered pockets and other features. They have handles that stow into their own pockets and have a handy little attached key ring that clips on and off. I used this to stow the keys to my GPS mount lock.

All in all, very nice looking, well constructed, highly functional, practical luggage. A+ imho. ;D

And with the shoulder straps attached, they make a quite fetching man purse. Not that there's anything wrong with that. :-\

P.S. Turns out the larger (right) side case is a perfect fit for my soft side cooler so the beer was ice cold upon arrival. I love this bike a little more every day.

The wife and I went on a weekend trip and the liners worked out great. Good quality and held about the same as our FJR Yamaha liners. 8)

P.S.
I have been told that without the liners the boxes will hold a 18 pack each of Miller Lite. ;)
