Ebay is full of after-market seat covers or just call a local seat trimmer to re-upholster your seat.

Any of us who went to a Seat Concepts recover kit may have one. I'll have to look to see if I still do.

I did a Seat Concepts conversion on my 2012 and have the original cover and foam. I believe I some rust proof staples too I can throw in. PM me if you're interested.

I just used 1/4" staples, stapler held firmly.
