I have a spare one that i picked up to get the smaller 1/2" cross bar for my gps holder. I do not remember if i swapped just the cross bar or the whole setup, so the brackets are either brand new and still wrapped with a used 1" cross bar, or its all used with one season of use. Ill check it out when i am off work and working on my bike wednesday.
