A while ago, I looked at some Held winter all leather gloves, but didn't like the over $200 price for a glove I would not wear that much. I had a pair of Olympia all leather winter gloves that were inside of one of my saddlebags, that got stolen. I loved those gloves for the all leather wind blocking feature. I wound up replacing them with some Klim Gor-Tex backed (so called winter) gloves that only the palms were leather. The first time I wore them, I didn't like them. Too much airflow on the back of the hand. I am also concerned about them soaking thru in a downpour. Luckily I have those lobster claw Gor-tex over cover gloves from Aerostich. They are waterproof and windproof and good for at least another 20* lower temp. I don't like how slippery they are tho. I too would like to find a nice laminated warm leather waterproof glove at a decent cost.
