Here is my attempt to make a GPS bar.

Start off with the parts.

1. Plastic water pipe.
2. 2 End Caps
3. Al brackets, hacksawed and bended.
4. Blind rivet the End caps to the Al brackets

After a pre-install assembly check

Painted and installed.

Looks good, has it worked for you over time regarding durability of the windshield bracket?
I´m also curious of how it has worked for you when it comes to vibrations when you have had a GPS mounted to your bar?
