I don't know about that.. Comparing letting someone ride your bike, the same as touching your wife is pretty far out. I don't care who you are. My bike is a hunk of metal and plastic and my wire is a very special person that I could not replace..

Actually no that's not what I'm saying or implying. "80 members of congress are communists" (but I won't name names). Remind you of another senator from a past era? A bit of a silly thing to say? It's his belief but doesn't mean that he's right. I doubt he believes them himself, more likely pandering to his very narrow base. His words are "measured" because he's repeated them more than once.

Yeah, he rides, he is a good rider, does not ride as much these days, I find him to be a good dude to ride with. If you disagree with him you should go over and talk with him, he spends a lot of time here in his district. Good dude in my opinion, I am not a Repub/Demo or affiliated with any party, nor do I read propaganda websites from the left or right.

Wow, if you would judge this true American hero and patriot, and fellow biker by a simple statement he made expressing his feelings about his bike, this country is in worse trouble than I thought. I have never heard Congessman West say anything I could disagree with, and if we had 10 more like him in congress we'd be better off, he's exactly what this country needs. Could definatley use him here in illinois if you dont want him florida.
