I just remembered my Geigerrig hydration pack is suffering from a bad o-ring. Last time I had it out it was leaking. It's a really small o-ring, maybe 1/4" diameter.

Does anybody know if there are any bricks-n-mortar type places that sell various size o-rings where I could go match one up? Home Depot? Mom-n-Pop hardware store maybe?

Auto Zone, etc. They have o rings in a multi pac of various sizes, might work.
I have an Advance Auto Parts a mile from me, I'll see what they have. Good idea.

A large tractor dealer may have one also.

If you can't find one locally, McMaster-Carr gets things delivered fast. Like, I have ordered something Monday afternoon and found it on my porch Tuesday morning when I came outside.

WallMart plumbing section may have an assorted O-ring pack. I had an issue with a pinched O-ring on a CamelBak. The size CamelBak uses is a non-standard size. I ended up calling them and getting a few sent for free under warranty. Not sure about the brand you have, so YMMV.

If you have a Caterpillar place nearby they have just about anything you can think of. R
