HI, I'M GETTING A S.T. BY NEXT MONTH AND I'M INTERESTED ON THE OEM ACCESSORIES (HARD CASES, INNER BAGS AND TANK BAG).
BUT I NEED TO BUY THEM ONLINE BECAUSE I'M NOT IN THE U.S. RIGHT NOW.
I'VE BEEN LOOCKING ACCORDINGLY WITH THE DEALERS LOCATOR PAGE AT www.yamaha-motor.com, BUT NO LUCK.
DOES ANY ONE KNOWS WHERE I CAN GET THEM?

Yamaha dealers in the USA do not have them yet. My dealer shows OEM accessories available in December.
You can buy from Canada dealers, but will cost more.

You know, if you're out of the country, you may actually be better able to get the accessories you're looking for right where you're at. I say "may", there are places I'd rather not be that don't know what a toilet is.

RIGHT NOW I LIVE IN COLOMBIA, YAMAHA ONLY SALES THE FULL KIT HERE AND KIND OF EXPENSIVE....I ALREADY BOUGHT THE ALTRIDER´S CRASH BAR AND SKID PLATE. NOW LOOKING FOR THE HARD CASES.

PCP Motorsports in Sacramento CA has the box set. I had the option to purchase them but they are the same price as the aftermarkets and not necessarily the same quality. The nice thing with the OEM luggage is you have the same key for everything.

I have had parts on order with Stadium Yamaha since May 5, 2012 (order # 34516) and May 8, 2012 (order#34540). I received no notification that these items were on back order, and have received no written communication since placing these orders except for the order confirmation. My credit card was charged for these orders within a day or two of placing these orders. I have made several calls and was told several different thing about back orders, etc. On May 15th, I was told that my tank bag was shipping that day, but again no confirmation of shipping. I have purchased motorcycle accessories online for many years and have never experienced the lack of communication (except when I have had to call) and slow shipping that I have with these orders. I could understand delays if I was told up front, but I do not like having to chase down information and be given conflicting information. I would really appreciate your attention to this matter as soon as possible.

Stadium Yamaha does not have the SuperTenere listed in their drop down menus for OEM accessories, are you ordering by part number only?

Not that this will make a difference in your situation, but I work for an online retailer. Technically it's illegal for them to charge your credit card and book the sale until the item leaves the shipping dock. They can pre-authorize the amount, but can't/shouldn't process it until it ships. Doubtful it's a shady practice in this instance but more likely an extremely disorganized one.

Hopefully you get your stuff soon and aren't paying credit card interest for too long on stuff you don't have.

That's a link to there Super Tenere Parts list. It seems there baseline shipping is almost $12.00 so you have to do a volume buy to make it good for you. Their TAT is better in my experience.

Yamaha Sports Plaza in Fairview, Oregon (Portland area) has the best online prices on Yamaha parts & OEM accessories I have found to date. They say they are the 'largest parts dealer in the USA'.

Go to Amazon.com and do a search for the OEM accessory part numbers you desire. You might be surprised at what pops up. I found the OEM wind deflectors, top box and top box inner bag on their site. I believe the merchants where Rocky Mountaing ATV (wind deflectors) and Colorado Power Sports (Top box and inner bag).
