Hi to all!
I had the opportunity to do a ride yesterday to the "Hacienda Amotepec" in the state of Puebla in the center part of Mexico. This hacienda is one of the places where the "Pulque" (is a traditional fermented drink of Mexico, whose origin is pre-Hispanic and is made from the fermentation of the sap —popularly known in Mexico as aguamiel—, of the agave or maguey, from the agave also the Tequila is made, the difference is that the Tequila is made through destillery process).
We had 70 bikes in the ride, no incidentes, but you should imagine getting the 70 bikes through the Toll booths or getting fuel in a very small fuel station (two pumps), it took a long time to go through or getting fuel, but never the less is was part of the fun.
Sharing some pictures.
