I think the only 'annoyance' was the weird little plastic triangle cover thing under the windscreen, which would flap madly when riding at speeds over 120kmh. Some Duck tape dealt with that short term but I have to look into sorting it before our next long trip 2 weeks from now. Here she is in all her glory!
This is what you need, mine did the same, until I replaced it..

Good vid, Phil. Looks pretty rough for the Tenere, but can't fault your line choices.
Where is the camera mounted?
What tires are you running?

Maybe just my playback, but I got this unnatural sensation of speeding up and slowing down, almost like the frame rate was oscillating.

Great Sunday ride over Tin Cup Pass, Cumberland pass into Ohio City, then into Crested Butte and took a loop towards Schofield pass and back to Crested Butte. Pictures are from summit of Tin Cup Pass and outside Crested Butte. Video is going over Tin Cup pass with only one spill near the summit. Video is on youtube at https://youtu.be/azRa9Ys1StA .... Enjoy

Have the camera mounted above the front wheel upside down with a go pro mount in the flat spot under the headlights. I wish it was a bit more solid so the videos would not vibrate as much. The oscillation is from the youtube stabilization program they offer in their video creator stuff. it was rough on the west side and easier on the east side of the pass and I did bang the crap out of my skid plate and bent the rear bracket and there is now a crack in the weld on the left side and now I have to really kick the kickstand to get it fully extended. Tires are the stock Bridgestone battle wings and are getting replaced hopefully this week with some Mitas 07 Dakkars. Was a lot of fun trying to keep it upright in some of those rocky downslide areas. The video never really shows how steep some of the areas are.

Rode Cabot Trail counter clockwise!

We rode out the furthest north we could ride on paved roads onNova Scotia.

This is my Spot track of our entire trip so far.

Damn, that's way over my skill set. That's why the easier Ophir Pass was the only one I did when I was a thousand miles from home. On a trail like that, I think if the skid pan kept oil in the motor it done good. The recycle bin is a noble way to go.

Cherry Lake, west and just north of Hetch Hetchy and Yosemite. 25 miles in, 32 miles out, 230 for the day, some of the twistiest stuff I've been on in a while. ::26::

Well today I took my Super Tenere to Applebees in Helena MT for a burger, then for a hair cut then to top up so I can leave in the morning for Glacier.

This however is where I have taken her the past few weeks:

I did the valley, hotter than fook. Then Tioga pass. The next morning I crossed back east to west north of the park on CA 108. FANTASTIC ride.

And shame on me, I was in Sacramento a few days. A really good friend I have been helping out on the salt at Bonneville lives there, I stayed at his place. Probably should have sent out a query, but I only see this guy every couple years so I just hung out at his place. And it was too frigging hot to do much.

Would have been nice to meet you though understandable. CA-120 / Tioga Pass is beautiful if you are not following a motorhome or trailer. CA-108 / Carson Pass is a beautiful ride. Not sure when you rode these passes but I rode Echo Summit, Luther Pass, Monitor Pass over and back, and Ebbetts Pass on the 4th of July. Need to ride Carson Pass west to east some time soon.

Did you do a 50 CC, or were you just trying to get across the country as quick as possible?
