If you were to pack up a toolkit in addition to what is already on the bike what would it contain?

Tire pump, gauge and patches
plugs?
bailing wire
duct tape
zipties
5mm allen for spokes?
12" crescent wrench
??????

The things you listed plus:
A roll of silicon "magic" tape.
small locking pliers
Credit card.
multi-tool/swiss army knife/something with an edge
long piece of electrical wire
fuses and bulbs
I would not take a crescent wrench. If you fee you need wrenches other than the stock ones I would take good box wrenches for the different bolt sizes. I just don't like crescent wrenches as they never fit into tight spaces.
If going off road a tow strap is a good idea.

Don't forget a 1/2inch threaded rod coupling that you can pickup at any decent hardware store for $1.50. What for, you say? For the front and rear axel shaft removal. Works like a dam. 7/8 inch on the OD. ::001::

Used to have a KLR and then Harley. I like to have enough tools and such on me to be self sufficient. Helped fix a stranded KTM and then another Harley in areas where there was no cell coverage.

I don't think the ride from Idaho to the Yukon in June July will have cell coverage much either.

Thanks for the suggestions. Already added to my list.

I've never picked up a nail in a tubeless...until a week ago. I was glad to have my slime compressor and tire repair kit tucked under my seat as i was in the middle of nowhere, 1,300 miles away from home.

I stopped a couple times to check on the pressure and it never lost any after the plug. So they work good too. :)

The specific one I have is the Power Sport model (no. 40001); seems to fit perfectly in the slot of the forward compartment. Although not in this photo, there’s a little extra room for wrapping and padding everything under there too. I have my seat in the low position.

I was looking at under the seat but you get a lot of water under the seat when it rains

I agree, plus you ought to see how much dust accumulates under there when out in the desert. I keep everything wrapped 'cuz of that and the compressor is on top of a rubber pad so it doesn't bounce around too bad.
