Those S3's are the bomb. If you sell it, every time you see one, you'll dislocate your knee trying to kick yourself.

Hey JonnyC, did you decide anything yet? She's a beauty and I too love the Jeep! ;)

I can't help you, sorta in the same boat myself. I don't even want to think about it yet. I'm too old to do what my MTS makes me do. ;D
I also like to drop by a track a couple times a year (I kept my Triumph leathers).

Anyway, I hate wasting money on INS for 2 big bikes, so . . .

I'll be watching to see what you do?

I am keeping my 919. Different tool to do a different job. I did a 2500 mile trip on the Niner but not really what it was meant for. I am sure the S10 will be fine on twisty roads but nothing like the Niner.

I voted above for keeping it, but only if you still get it out and enjoy it. I dealt with the same thing a year ago. I had a couple bikes, as did my wife, and then I added another one. I sold one of them right away, but it took another 5 months for me to realize I'd only put 600 miles on another one of my bikes. 600 miles over a riding season, for me, means I'm not getting enough use out of it. I sold it and, though I miss it, I'm mostly good with having sold it. It was just depreciating and I was paying insurance on it so I figured I'd sell it and if I wanted the same exact bike again in a couple years, I could buy one for a few thousand less than I sold it for because it will have depreciated even more by then or, I'd have the option of trying something else be it similar or quite different.

I went with store it - only because the insurance costs are astronomical.

Store it allows you to feel your way with the S10 -- takes the pressure off -

and gives you a "hoonbike" to blast away on a Sunday afternoon, if you choose to keep it.

I'm keeping my K1200R.sport for just that reason.

To see if the S10 fulfills EVERY THING in my bike lust. If it does, I'll put her on the block.

If it doesn't, I don't hafta search for something that will -- 'cause I never sold her.

The upside to my dilemma is that my next muscle bike will probably be a VMax ;) Wife doesn't know that yet though.
Oh yeah! I've always admired the VMax. I still remember that commercial when they first came out here in the U.S. where it raced a Navy A4 Skyhawk to 100 mph and won.
