What model years is Cruise Control provided

Hello everyone,

Can you tell me what year models of Teneres came with cruise control? I found an ST for sale and they mentioned that it came with a KOAKO(?) throttle control. Does this mean that some ST's did not come with Cruise Control? Was it only available on the ES model for a couple of years? I thought they all came with CC. Your help is appreciated.

Beginning with 2014 model (the start of Gen 2 bikes)

The one you found is an accessory manual type throttle lock...not an integrated electronic cruise control

I would hold out for a 2014 or newer! I had that very same throttle lock on my 2012. They don't work that well! The bike was always slowing down or speeding up! The electronic cruise works great!

I'm a big fan of cruise control, went out for a spin this morning, lots of police about so cruise control enabled me to set to the limit and not worry about it again

Electronic cruise started in 2014.

I have to say though, i find this bike to be very easy to maintain speed. I dont find myself wishing for it even on all day rides.

14 and up comes standard with cruise control, I have a 13 with no cruise and that's my biggest complaint, tried one of those way over priced Kaoko things and didn't like it so sold it, bought a thing called cramp buster for about $13 and for me it works much better but I sure wish it had factory cruise control instead.
