What’s my bike worth?

Didn’t think I’d be asking but...2014 non-es with 50k miles. Givi cases and a few other farkles. 2nd owner. SoCal market. What might I get for it? Prices seem a bit silly.

In general both new and used motorcycles are usually bringing better than normal prices these days.

I've seen some motorcycles advertised at crazy high prices (mostly dirt bikes/dual sports) but I have no idea if they are selling. The Super Tenere has always had a dismal resale value, even now I haven't seen any advertised at ridiculous prices and a buddy picked up a Gen 2 here in the San Diego area at a decent price.

All you can do is decide what you feel is a fair price to you and try to sell it. If you're not getting any offers then it's likely too high.

Thanks for the input. Bottom line, I did some "off-road" (gravel, really) in Death Valley last weekend and found the ST just really heavy and had a hard time keeping up with the others. Trying to decide whether to sell and put the money into something more nimble but still highway capable or just search for a small displacement dual sport for off-roading.

Having an extra bike is very cool, if doing iffy off-road then dual sport. Park dual sport next to the tenere, it will not mind sharing you.
