I bought a used bike and do not know if the recalls have been done by previous owner. I input the VIN on https://www.yamaha-motor.ca/en/vehicle-status-2 and it spit out following. Does it mean they have been done?

I believe that means that they have not been done.
When I had mine done, my motorcycle dropped off of the list and could no longer be found, so the fact that yours shows up implies that they have not been performed yet.

Makes sense.
My 2012 that I bought new still needs all those recalls performed. The only one that caused me a problem was the headlight harness which failed long before the recall was sent out. I had already rebuilt the head light harness by that time it was recalled.
