Womans Gerbings Size 38 - 30 heated jacket liner with controller.
This is a rarely/barely used woman's jacket liner. This size is unique to Gerbings but it fit a 130 pounds 5'6" woman so size medium or about 8 or 10. This is the older style and I verified it works. I don not have a pigtail for it but they are cheap and easy to get.
