You might want to get a new one anyway.....................If there are "Burrs" on it, then that means something must have ground into it when the bearing failed.
It may already be shorter than it should?

Agree - ordered, good point ! Im going to measure the new one, and make note of the length. Appreciate the idea, and participation.

That's good to know about the spacer (#5). I didn't change my own rear bearings when the non drive side started to go bad, so I didn't have a chance to look at the spacer or the bearing and see what it looked like. I wish I had, since I replaced the bearings but not the spacer. Hope I didn't set myself up for having the bearing fail again.

Spacers in front and rear. NOTE: to everyone, check your bearings every time the wheels are off :) These spacers are probably nothing to really be concerned about, but something to keep an eye over time.
