I have a 22.12" tall Givi, not bad but I am looking for something quieter and more protection for long distance travel. I am 6-2.5" with 33" inseam.
If you are about the same height and have test both V-Stream and Ceebaileys or owned either one... please provide your opinion.

many thanks!!!

Olie. I am 6'4" with 32" inseam. I have the Cee-Bailey windscreen. I vaguely recall it is 24" but it could be 26". I have posted pictures and comments last year on this forum if you want to search them out. I still look over the screen and it provides massive protection with the wind wings. I actually have to take it off, outside of the three "cold" months here to stay cool. Recommend it without reservation. Be certain to always wear ear protection in any case.

I have pretty much the same observations about the Parabellum 24". I will recommend it.

Thanks for you comments.
I have checked the old threads and X5 has a 26" tall "barn door" LOL.
I will not go above the 24" tall, CeeBailey or V-stream. My concern is that the height increase above the Givi will be 2" tops... will it be enough?? hmmm, that's is my dilemma.

I've now experimented with three aftermarket windscreens now - all basically a "medium" height of around 21 to 22" - a CalSci, a National Cycle V-Stream, and a Parabellum. I first bought a CalSci because of the good luck I had with their products before, but their Super Tenere one was a complete let-down for me. I then got the Parabellum, and rode a contented 20,000+ miles with it. But under the auspices of one should always try different things I recently picked up a used National Cycle V-Stream and gave it a go...

Well, it's nice enough, but it's not near as good a screen as the Parabellum.

The V-Stream gets as much over your helmet, but it has some wicked turbulence to the sides compared to the Parabellum, and it's downright nasty in crosswinds compared to the Parabellum. The wind blows a ton down here all the time, and so we get to experience plenty of opportunities to test airflow in headwinds, tailwinds, and crosswinds. Without question the V-Stream was the worst in winds I have tried. Much, much worse than Parabellum, and way worse than the CalSci, too. It's also a noisy SOB, too, compared to the Parabellum, even in still air.

My Parabellum is back on my Super Tenere, and the V-Stream may soon be for sale.

Just FYI... YMMV.

And for the record, I have never tried a Cee Bailey's, though I do have a Cee Bailey's modded seat on my S-10. ;)

At least one of the aftermarkets (not Cee Bailey) does not clear the handlebars on full turn lock, fyi...
