USB - Cigarette charger combo

I am looking for a USB - cigarette charger combination moulded together ( I guess it would look like a keyhole type of shape ) - any ideas?

I am sure I've seen it here on the forum where its 2 - moulded into one and has a usb section above the cigarette "port".

Thanks. However, I was thinking of the " female" version ( if there is such a thing ), ie. one that can be 'dash' mounted on the S-10 and then in turn, feed into both types of appliances. Sorry so vague, but almost sure I've seen it before here on the forum.

Nevertheless, that one link could still work - have one single c-lighter socket and then have that adapter feeding 4usb/1c-l would be a second option.

Install another outlet, preferably a powerlet style, not a cigarette style. Powerlets lock in place, Cigarette style tend to vibrate loose.
