Trip reset

Hey all, went from a 12 model to a 16 a few mths ago. I can't find how to reset the trip meters in the manual with out resetting everything. Any help is appreciated

With the trip meter on the display push the button in once. Trip will start to flash. Hold in reset till it goes to 000. Hit the button again and the second trip meter will flash. Hold in reset until it goes 000 as well.

With my winter gloves on, a couple of times when only trying to reset trip1 I have not felt the button move so pressed and held again, and both trip1 and trip2 reset to zero - seems like I hit the button again as trip1 was about to flash and reset the them both in quick succession. really annoying when you are using trip2 as a multi day trip total!

Tip: You can also reset the avg fuel consumption the same way.
