Touratech seat

Anybody running the Touratech seat? If so, does it snap right in out of the box? Get rid of that forward tilt? And of course is it comfortable? 550 bucks may be a little steep unless you guys say this thing is wonderful. Thank you.

I'm still considering one of these if my gel pads don't get comfy.
From what I can see, all you have to do is use the original rubber bungs off the original seat base.
Either that or buy new bungs from Yamaha.

I have one on my S10. I bought the bike used 1700 miles ! I thought I might unload the seat for some extra cash and use the stock seat. I liked the stock seat on my previous S10. NOT HAPPENING though, I really like this seat. I am about to do a long trip I will report back as to a REAL test of the seat. T

For $550 I would seriously consider a Russell Day long. Never worry about comfort again. Ride all day long literally. I will never have another bike without one.

Mine came with one @1800 miles, so don't have answers to most of your questions but I can tell you it's the nicest saddle I've ever sat in!
