I need the Torx size for the OEM Pannier lock mechanisms.

I have been looking around and cant find the size. I can take a guess, but don't really want to buy two.

Any help would be appreciated.

On my way to buy a T50 security Torx for the side handle and thought I would grab one of these as well

Hope you are planning to loctite those little screws. They have been reported to come off when least expected, causing the barrel to fall off. Not a good thing to happen.

I got the T50 last night, but I can hardly find a regular T10. Not sure about a security one. I know I can order it.

They are not loose yet and Loctite is what I wanting to do to them. Had it happen on my Gen 1.

The service guy at my dealer let me use his for the ten minutes it took. (ONE of the many reasons that makes it a great dealership) ::022::

I had bought a set of bits (security torx, hex, star and flats) from a local hardware store. You would need a screwdriver that takes the bits to use them. They were very cheap. Not worth looking for just one torx
