Today's ride through Titus Canyon was so cool I forgot to take pics. I'm camping at Stove Pipe Wells tonight so tomorrow I'll get up early and ride it again. This time I'll stop for pic's. here's a few I did take.

That is a great place to ride/drive .... I did it four years back in a Jeep. Very special place and dramatic scenery. ::008::

I'm heading there in 3 weeks. How was the condition of the lower sections?
I've done this before on my KLR but want to know if it's do-able 2-up on the Tenere

Conditions were very good. Moderate wash board. Occasional rut or hole. Some gravel build up. My Tenere was loaded down and it was a pretty easy ride. Most cars could do it. Of course..... If you know the desert, you know that is all subject to change. Rain can make the road impassable over night. Or, the park service can come in and dump a bunch of gravel. Certainly worth a try at any time. I was going to ride it again but the sky's were threatening so I decided to do it again another day.

Thanks.

Rode 2-up on West Side and to the Racetrack on stock Metzlers last year. OK, but a little sketchy at times.
Gonna put some K60's on and get a little more ambitious this year.

Good point . I should have mention I just put some Heidenau K-60's on. Also, going through Titus, I got up on my pegs a couple of times but I could have sat through it.

I rode Titus on March 9th. It was a great ride! Worst part was from the parking lot to Scotty's Castle Road, lot's of loose gravel, but not bad. As with anything else, it all depends on what your used to, and your skill set. We also rode up to the Chloride Ghost town. Much more difficult ride. I as surprised, no, I was shocked at how well the S10 handled steep, rocky, rutted and rock studded trails. In fact, my two friends on KLR's had a much worse time of it than I did.
