[NOTE - AN UPDATED LIST IS ON PAGE 9]

I'm going to need tires soon, so it seemed like it would be handy to have a complete list of what is available in our sizes. So I just went through the Dennis Kirk catalog and highlighted every tire that is available in a matching pair for front and rear. I'm not including tires that are only available for one of the sizes, even though I have successfully used such combos. I'm also not going to include prices because they constantly change, and because that gets us into a whole vendor discussion which never ends.

If anyone knows additional tires that should be added, follow up and tell us about it, and I will add them to this first post to keep the list complete.

Metzeler Tourance EXP; radials, V-rated
Metzeler Tourance; radials, V-rated
Metzeler Karoo T; Q-rated *

Michelin Pilot Road 3 Trail; radials, Z-rated
Conti Trail Attack; radials, V-rated
Conti Road Attack 2; radials, V-rated
Continental TKC80 Twinduro; bias, Q-rated *
Pirelli Scorpion Trail; radials, V-rated
Pirelli Scorpion Rally; bias, R-rated
Bridgestone Battlax BT-023; radials, W-rated
Bridgestone Trailwing TW101/TW152; radials, V-rated
Bridgestone Battlewing 501/502; radial, V-rated
Dunlop TR91 Trailmax; radial
Shinko 705; radial, H-rated
Kenda K784/K784F Big Block; bias, Q-rated, tube type *
Heidenau K76
Heidenau K60, bias, T-rated
Bridgestone Battlax T30 Sport Touring Radial
Metzeler Karoo 3
Mitas E-07 (Standard and Dakar) 50/50 Dirt/Road T-Rated
Mitas E-09 (Standard and Dakar) 80/20 Dirt/Road T-Rated
Mitas E-10 (Standard and Dakar) 60/40 Dirt/Road T-Rated
Full Bore M-40
Dunlop Roadsmart II
Avon Azaro front and Avon Storm 2 rear
Avon Storm 3D XM
Metzeler Tourance Next

* Q rated is only 99mph; these might not be appropriate for your track days. ;) But since they DO come in our sizes, I listed them for completeness sake.

(Edited 2/23/14: Sorry for not keeping up with this. I just added eight more tires based on comments in this thread.)
(Edited 9/26/14: And two more.)

Dennis Kirk doesn't have Heidenau tires. I found them at Revzilla, where they don't tell us whether it's a radial or what the speed rating is. And they say the K60 is "currently unavailable". I haven't researched Heidenau but surely someone who has will follow up to this post? Thanks.
Revzilla has a video review - don't know if they mention rating or construction, but somebody will view it and tell us! I don't have time right now...

Nice job! Now.... could you build a dynamic web page that lists the current lowest price for each from across the web and the vendor with the price. Also include a field to enter zip code, then compute tax and shipping. Finally sort by price. Thanks! (Just kidding of course.)

Nice job elizilla, Perhaps this list could be added to Dallera's fantastic list of parts?

A handy list, thanks. BTW, Jaxon has the K60 Scouts available again, just ordered some.

I hear a lot about the Heidenau K60's. Are they really all that? I notice a more offroad oriented tread pattern. Maybe 50/50 or e little better for off road. Must do a lot of things right. Tread life etc.

Good question. I ran a set of K60s for 11, 585 miles. The front was still good, and I put it back on later, (still on now), to run more miles. The rear was w/in 500 miles or so of the wear bars, but still in NO danger of reaching the cords. I simply had a longer ride coming up than I though they would last for. The rude shock was just how bad the EXPs were, compared to the K60s. The K60s are bias ply tires. This is why they last so long. However, the handle very well. They are vibey and especially at low speeds, <25 and over 80mph, you notice them.
But they grip well and especially when worn in a bit, you can romp hard on them w/o issues. They have surprisingly good traction in the rain, but if you whack the throttle, the TCS light will fire off. (DCstrom can attest to this).

Here is the thing, if you are willing to give up a bit of highway smoothness, you are rewarded with a tire that allows you to depart the pavement at nearly any speed and venture into the unpaved w/o drama. Be it gravel or dirt or no road what so ever, the K60s will eat it up. If you are out to do the TAT, you'll want more knobs. Kenda Big Blocks or TKC-80s for that. But if you spend more time on the pavement, but still like to depart it w/o stress, AND need tread life, the K60s rule.

I could do the IBR on a single set of Heidenau K60s. Not sure if I will make that choice, but seriously considering it since they have proven they will last.

Iv'e just fitted PR3 to the front and PR2 to the Rear.

I'm not planning to go off-road but a 2500m tour of the Austrian/Italian Alps is coming soon.

Had PR2's on previous bikes and a great tyre. The PR3 rear is very grippy and great for wet rides, but wear life is short.

I could give my own take on them (I have many times)
But instead, go look at the awesome pics of the 25 or so S10's that just finished the "Whitehorse Ride". I really like the one with them parked side by side in front of the local Yamaha shop.

Looks like the K60 was standard issue. :)
