I cant find my maintenance book but what is the recommended tire pressure? Im in florida so no cold weather adjustments needed. I i do have the OEM panniers on but not loaded down.

Tabasco should chime in soon. IIRC, Heidenau doesn't recommend over 38 or 39 in the rear, but I've been running 36F and 42R with everything from empty panniers to full rally load and been very happy with wear, traction/handling and longevity. I do air down for dirt, about 10 psi lower as I'm still a little paranoid about going too low. Hope that helps.

All depends on what you are comfortable with (as far as feel) when riding and within factory recommendations. I run 35F 35R and air down to 25 for both when off road. Seems to work for my riding style and weight. I am a weird rider...pretty tame on the road and flog the beast off road.

33/36 and then 22/25 off road or dirt road. I found the k60s to be very rough and harsh and needed to be aired down a bit. I know a lot here don't air down off road, but the difference in traction and comfort is amazing.

I think those K60s have such a stiff sidewall that a rider may not notice much of a change in handling over a wider range in pressures as compared to some other tires. I've been running same pressures as Eric and just changed tires after about 15K miles on the rear which was not yet fully down to the wear bars. I was just jonesin' for some new sneakers...
