Three for the recall

Just hung up with Larry at Romney Cycle. Have I mentioned how nice it is dealing with a great dealership, as opposed to so many other dealership out there? Told Larry I'm hoping to get rid of my wife's Spyder and move her onto the Tenere if I can lower it enough to make it work. If it does work, I'll need another Tenere. Although it's not a sure thing that I can make the bike fit her, he's still doing all he can to make it easy on me. If I do need another Tenere there is no chance in hell I'd buy a new one from anywhere else. Even if it doesn't work, he sells a lot of other brands/models, he'll get first crack at anything else I consider.

It's amazing how being a honest decent human being breeds loyalty. Why is that so hard for everyone else to figure out?

Couldn't agree with you more. Whenever I'll buy another bike I buy it from Romney. Even if it's a 560 mile ride to get there.

Finally had the O-ring recall (and 8000 mile service) completed yesterday. As they do everyday and at every level of the organization, the folks at Romney Cycle provided the 5-star customer treatment. Everyone communicates and walks you through the time you and your machine spend there. The place simply runs like a fine watch.
