How tight do I need to tighten my straps? Are the straps also DOT-rated for motorcycle use as a baby seat belt?

Yup, going to be the first kid. The S10 and WR250R are my only forms of transportation so I'm currently in search of a truck. Best middle ground to carry all my babies

Congratulations! I'm expecting my first born in July. I heard small hands make it easier to clean the bike and get lost screws from small spaces.

My babies are 32 and 28. It was a different time, but living in the sticks with day care a few blocks away I used to sit them on the gas tank to get them to day care. When they could reach the pegs, they took a helmet to school so I could pick them up. Like I said, different time.

Oh yea, they now are both active riders. R1 and 1098.
